Ms. Chung graduated from The University of Chicago Law School and has served as defense counsel in countless federal and state criminal cases.  She has defended individual and organizational clients against a wide range of criminal matters, such as complex white-collar crimes, multi-defendant drug conspiracies, cyber crime, and violent crimes.  She has also helped students and faculty accused of sexual violence and sexual harassment at universities and colleges nationwide (Title IX investigations).  Her advocacy has been featured in publications such as NBC, Washington Post, Huffington Post, and Law 360.

She is a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the Northern District of California.
